Departing from the socio-ecological paradox that, although the transition aims to reduce CO\u2082 emissions and increase the share of renewable energies, it also generates new pressures in already vulnerable territories, the project examines how the greater inclusion of renewable energies such as solar and wind intensifies the extraction of critical minerals (lithium, copper, zinc).
