# Colloquium with Nadine Klass
Nadine Klass’ project investigates how AI-generated synthetic media—such as deepfakes and voice clones—spread disinformation, endangering democracy and key personal rights, including the right to one’s own image and the right to self-representation. Through legal and interdisciplinary research, it examines global approaches to protecting these rights and democratic values, aiming to develop effective strategies against AI-driven manipulation in the digital age.
