This event aims to open conversations about knowledge exchange and science communication. It brings together the international and interdisciplinary cohort of HIAS fellows with local experts in the University of Hamburg and other cultural and heritage institutions. Through a series of informal interactions, we will collectively interrogate aims, processes and tools used to bring academic research to broader audiences.
The event will consist of two parts, first we will gather in small groups to discuss a suggested set of questions around the philosophies of knowledge exchange, co-created research and science communication. Then the event will end with a brief plenary session and time for further informal discussion and exchanges between the HIAS Fellows and the invited experts.
