#Thursday Colloquium with Sanchari Deb
E-mobility is more than a technological upgrade to the transport system; it is a complex socio-technical transition shaped by infrastructures, everyday practices, market structures, and public policy. Rethinking e-mobility at the crossroads of technology, society, and economy reveals how charging networks, user behaviours, governance arrangements, and business models co-evolve, producing both opportunities and inequalities. This talk highlights that successful electrification requires not only advanced technologies but also inclusive planning, equitable access, and economically resilient systems. By integrating data-driven analysis with social and economic insights, this approach aims to inform more just, sustainable, and context-specific mobility futures.
This event is addressed to fellows and their tandem partners.
