In today’s #ThursdayColloquium Sergey Utkin will present his project on the role of institutions in Russia’s relations with the West.
The project is focused on the question, whether the failure to develop interdependence between Russia and the West had something to do with the design, mandate or specialisation of institutions and legally binding arrangements.
